Skeera Sports specializes in the manufacturing and export of custom sportswear and team uniforms. All products are made according to client specifications, including design, sizing, materials, and printing methods such as sublimation.

3. Orders & Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, quotation approval, or official purchase order. Once an order is confirmed and production has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are quoted based on product specifications, quantity, and customization requirements.
• A deposit may be required before production begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed.
• All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

5. Production & Lead Time
Production timelines vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs and methods are agreed upon at the time of order.
• Skeera Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external factors.
• Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Customization & Design Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, sizes, and specifications before production begins. Skeera Sports is not liable for errors once approval has been granted.

8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Any claims must be reported within a specified time after delivery.

9. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control throughout our in-house production process. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

10. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and artwork provided by clients remain their property. By submitting designs, clients confirm they have the right to use such materials. Skeera Sports will not be held responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements.

11. Limitation of Liability
Skeera Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Privacy Policy
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication purposes. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
